A new program to be launched next month is the first in-person, community-focussed course to provide practical and effective education to improve knowledge and confidence for those caring for someone in their last days, weeks, or months of life.
New research has provided a revealing insight into the attitudes, behaviours and experiences of Australians around death, dying and end-of-life planning. The research was conducted in the lead-up to Dying to Know Day (August 8), which aims to improve death literacy and positivity in individuals and communities through local events.
