Finalists announced for Retirement Village Manager of the Year Award

Aged & Community Care Providers Association (ACCPA) has announced the finalists for the 2022 Retirement Village Manager of the Year Award.

The winner of the award, until now run by Leading Age Services Australia (LASA) which became part of ACCPA along with Aged & Community Services Australia on July 1, will be announced along with the Excellence in Age Services Awards (EIAS) on Aged Care Employee Day on August 7.

Paul Murphy, ACCPA principal advisor Retirement Living & Seniors Housing, praised the calibre of entrants for this year’s Retirement Village Manager of the Year Award and congratulated the 2022 Award finalists announced today. The finalists are:

  • Vanessa McKenzie – from Catholic Healthcare in NSW
  • Sharon Rodgers – from Bolton Clarke Bongaree in Queensland
  • Roslyn Prentice – from John Flynn Retirement Village (Ryman Healthcare) in Victoria

“This award celebrates the passion and achievements of those individuals who continually maintain high standards in customer service, sales and marketing, complaints and dispute resolution and robust operational management across their retirement community,” Murphy said.

He also thanked Mullins Lawyers for their support of the Retirement Village Manager of the Year Award.
