Australian Healthcare Associates (AHA), on behalf of the Department of Health, is seeking the views of aged care management and staff (including nurses, allied health workers, and personal care workers) to inform a skills development program for staff working in home-based and residential aged care.
The project seeks to:
• identify existing training gaps and opportunities for the aged care workforce
• consider the training priorities and preferences of staff
This survey is focused on training for people already working in aged care.
If you are interested in contributing to this project, you can complete a brief, anonymous survey about the issues.
The survey is open until 11:59 pm AEST on Wednesday, June 2, and will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete.
